The Katherine Upturned Cloche with Scribble Button is inspired by Katherine Mansfield, the famous New Zealand writer who was considered a central figure in British modernist writing. Katherine herself was unconventional in her approach to life and inspirational then and now. She was a vivid figure in New Zealand history and we have designed a hat to reflect vividness.

Made of 100% dark green wool felt, the Katherine upturned cloche has a turned-up brim with folded tuck that is secured by a button to the side. The button is made of mother-of-pearl shell and has a black etched scribble design on it. A ribbon of navy blue completes this jaunty hat.

The Katherine Upturned Cloche is flattering to wear and has an internal band for comfort.

Other ribbon colours available on request: Red, Navy Blue, Grass Green, Black, Purple, Cream, Honey, Light Grey and Orange.

Sizes available for Katherine Upturned Cloche: Small 55-56cm, Medium 57-58cm, Large 59-60cm.
